BART Station Reopens
By StaffThe Civic Center Bay Area Rapid Transit station has been reopened after a man in his 20s was struck and killed after he allegedly stepped off the platform, according to witnesses.
The incident occurred shortly before noon on Saturday, causing 30 minute delays throughout the system.
BART officials immediately shutdown the station for nearly three hours to remove the body which was trapped beneath the train.
