By Will Oremus
President Bush made a rare Bay Area visit today, landing at San Francisco International Airport at 4:20 p.m. in Air Force One.
He presented a community service award to a San Francisco teen and greeted a handful of local Republican leaders on the tarmac before heading to Hillsborough via motorcade.
