Arrivals and departures at San Francisco International Airport are about 30 minutes behind schedule this evening, airport Duty Manager John Ginty said.
A ground delay program, which controls air traffic volume into airports by delaying departure times for incoming flights, was implemented at SFO because of low clouds will be in effect until 11 p.m., Ginty said.
Flights into SFO from Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey are also delayed up to an hour, Ginty said. |
